We're off to a very good start for 2015! January called for an end to a lot of products including very rarely seen makeup items! Brace yourself, this is going to be a long ride (on in our case - post =D ).

January 2015 Empties - this Glossybox was definitely overflowing this month

Let's go through the makeup/color items first since I barely ever show any.

Fall Fashion Work Outfits

Well it's been a while since I've uploaded OOTD's, here's a few that I've been putting together for my Fall Work Fashion.

Playing with Scarves
Fall is the perfect time to be playing around with scarves. It's one of the main staples in my wardrobe. I think it's the best accessory to dress up any outfit.

  • Classic V-neck Gray Sweater
  • Banana Republic Wide Leg Pants
  • H&M Floral Scarf
  • Naturalizer Navy Blue Pumps
Cardigans and Skinny Belts
The weather might be getting cooler but it's not the time for jackets and coats but you can warm up with cardigans. Pair it with skinny belts to dress it up or wear it alone for a more casual look.

Local Jewelry Boutique Filigree Earrings
  • American Eagle Boyfriend Cardigan
  • Express Cowlneck Sheath Dress
  • Naturalizer Navy Blue Pumps
  • Simple Skinny Black Belt
White A-line Dress
This was my birthday outfit. I love the dress, it's a the perfect length for work. The bead necklace is actually attached to the dress. I added the belt because A-line dresses remind me of maternity clothing. =P
OOTD #3
OOTD #3
  • Victoria's Secret Ruched Cardigan
  • White Beaded Chiffon Dress
  • Steve Madden Kortship Flats in Natural
  • H&M Wide Hook Belt
Work Chic and Wide Leg Trousers
Work chic outfits, no problem just wearing a slim fitting t-shirt. I think skinny pants will still be great for the fall season, but its alter ego, the wide leg pants, offer a warmer alternative.

If you walk into any clothing store nowadays, there's nothing but blazers! H&M is currently offering some really nice and reasonably prices ones too. The elbow patches bring back the 70s look. =)

H&M and Japanese/Korean Fashion Jewelry Haul

Just did some fashion jewelry shopping and I want to post this up before they're gone from the stores. This past week I've been an H&M shopaholic, probably been to like 5 different stores searching for this sweater in my size and ended up picking items from every store! >.<  Shopaholic! I couldn't agree more, but I can't help myself! Definitely LOVE LOVE H&M's collection this fall.

Here's 2 pieces that I picked up from H&M, so cute!

Got this set of rings because I thought that the bow ring was just too adorable! The whole ring set (6 rings in set) is $5.95. I would have bought the bow ring itself for that price. The other rings I'm not too crazy about, the one with the big rhinestone seems fall apart easily because the other sets at H&M were all missing the rhinestone. This set comes in 3 sizes, I got size Small and I'm usually a size 6-7 in ring size.

H&M Silver Rings Set $5.95
Super cute bow with dangling pearl ring

This "LOVE" ring is pretty cute too.
This set of turquoise dangly bangles is also very pretty! I love the fact that they are very versatile. I can wear all of them or just a few to accentuate my outfits. H&M sold this set of 20 bangles for $5.95 as well. Comes in 2 sizes, XS/S and M?L. My wrists are really narrow and most bangles don't fit me. These were a nice fit but still a little big for me. As long as they don't fly out, I'm okay, haha. The dangly pieces also are very fragile. Haha, I lost 1 piece after wearing the bangles out for an hour.

Also picked this really cute musical note pendant necklace up in a fashion jewelry store called "Hottie" that's located in the St. Marks Place area in NYC. It's a Japanese fashion jewelry store that sells Japanese/Korean style jewelry and accessories. Really cute store! I wanted to buy everything. =P  There's musical note pendant with rhinestones (probably cubic zirconium) on a sparkly silver necklace. It's $8.95.

Pendant necklace on me. So cute!

That's it for the fashion jewelry that I picked up, H&M clothing haul to be coming soon!

I bought all of these online from authorized Korean and Japanese Fashion sellers. They're pretty good quality items, I was pleasantly surprised. ^_^ enjoy!

Winter Necessities! Fight the Bitter Cold!

This winter has been extremely cold. They say it's the coldest winter in NYC in the last 20 years? >.<
So to fight this bitter cold and force myself to walk out that door everyday, I have prepared myself with these winter necessities. I need all of these to bundle up!

Gloves, scarves, earmuffs, hats... some times I even pocket a hotpocket (not the microwave food) warmers.
My favorites: these Burberry earmuffs my boyfriend got me. Super warm made with 100% lambswool and shearling lining. Very soft and really keeps my ear toasty.

Soft, fuzzy Burberry earmuffs
My other must have item, my warm, knit beanie! Though it gives me hat hair ^_^  But I can't help how cute it looks. Also in perfect winter white (see the theme here). Winter white IS my favorite color. Covers right over my ears to keep them nice and warm. It's my alternative to the earmuffs. I can't REALLY wear those everyday. This way I interchange them around.

Knit Skull Beanie Hat on me

It definitely looks cuter on him.

What I bought
Another one of my favorite hats this winter. Very cute and feminine style knit beret.

Stay warm!
